I am a software engineer dedicated to creating focused products with great user experiences.
I work at Monumental, building autonomous construction robots. I live in the beautiful city of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
I feel strongly that software should respect users and environment. It should enhance autonomy and agency while enhancing abilities. Not only in the short term, but especially over time.
Some years ago I founded Beamer and Captio. These days I am primarily interested in how technology can enable long term sustainability and in creating software that interacts with the physical world.
